Balls Deep Terms & Conditions

Below, are the rules and safety measures we have put in place, they MUST be abided by, failure to do so will result in dispersal from the venue. We have the right to refuse entry to if we deem you a risk to the well-being of our guests and employees.

We are operating a time limit on walk in tables in the venue, you will be seated for a minimum of 1 hour, dependent on managers discretion we may ask you to vacate your table for waiting guests. Bookings will receive a 2-2.5 hour slot.

We will hold the table for a maximum of 15 minutes for a booking; if you don’t arrive 15 minutes after your confirmed arrival time we will give your table away.

DRESS CODE
We operate a smart/casual dress policy during operating hours. Shorts & Tracksuit bottoms are not allowed from 8pm onwards; this includes all members of bookings.

BOOKING DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable.

SOCIAL DISTANCE OF 2 METRES
In line with the government guidelines for social distance during the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will be operating a 1-metre distance between all guests and employees. Please respect our employees and our guests with this rule, we want to make an enjoyable night for everyone whilst being as safe as possible.

ONE WAY SYSTEM – KEEP TO THE RIGHT
Upon entry to the venue, you will be directed to keep to the right when entering the premises. Please keep to the right between entering and leaving the entrance/bar/toilets. There will be employees present to ensure everyone is following this rule.

WASH/SANITISE HANDS
During your visit to our venue, we ask all to please sanitise your hands upon entry and exit of the venue. You will find hand sanitizing stations located around the venue. Please wash your hands thoroughly after using the toilets.

THE BALL PIT HAS CHANGED
.We’ve reopened the ball pit; however, in order to make it as safe as possible during the eased lockdown, we have made some adjustments to how we operate the ball pit. There is a maximum of 10 minutes allowed in the ball pit per group; we will only allow 10 people (with colour coded wristbands) in at one given time. You must abide by the rules and guidelines our staff supply; if we deem you a risk to our staff and others we will ask you to vacate the premises.

REGISTER FOR THE TRACK AND TRACE APP

In line with the government guidelines, we ask all visitors to register via the track and trace app to ensure, in the case of an incident we can contact every visitor where possible. There will be a QR code upon entrance which you can scan with your mobile camera, this will take you to a secure track & trace app recommended by the government. Failure to complete your details will lead in refusal of entry to our venue.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY COSTUMES/FANCY DRESS/ACCESSORIES/PROPS IN OUR VENUE.
